I have said, many a time, that I would much prefer to work in an office of men, rather than a bunch of women for the very reason that you are describing. And, it gets worse every day. Being a woman in a "gaggle of bitches", I do have more of an advantage than you do, as all I had to do was start talking about sex pretty much in graphic detail - and they left me along. Hehehe.

IE: about 3 of them were crabbing about this and that and talking about another co-worker who they claim wasn't doing as much work as they do, and I walked up to them and asked, as I put my popcorn into the microwave, "Do any of you shave........... down there?" pointing to my crotch area. Well needless to say, that rendered them speechless and they scattered.

I feel for you Skip.
