I said "Sex with Yourself"... which I agree with, but it's also a good way to explore your sexual imagination (you can essentially meditate on sex and see what turns you on best). I think it's a substitute for when your significant other isn't there or you don't have one, but I've found it also keeps you sane when your other doesn't want to put any work into exciting you.
