The Crock Pot is full of stuffed round steak that I'll probably have with either some sort of potato dish or rice.

I put a large roast in the Crock Pot this morning so that's cooking away and I believe I'll bake a potato and maybe fix some glazed carrots to have with it. May even open up a bottle of wine.

From my company holiday spread tonight, I had baked salmon, sauteed turkey slices, shrimp fettucine, potatoes in some sorta tangy sauce and broiled mushrooms.
Took a second helping to take home with me in containers. Will be my lunch tomorrow.

I made pork loin and thai peanut chicken, corn casserole (Thanks IowaMan), mashed potatoes, asparagus, spinach salad with avocado, and rolls. Lots of red wine, too
I cooked so much food no one made it to dessert
