Four months, six months, six months........ those aren't dry spells, those are just taking time to catch your breath. Try this one on for size, I went from July of '94 until Dec. '01. It got so bad that my genitals essentially were no more than wind chimes.

How did I break the dry spell? Well, I started dating a nurse I had met during a hospital stay and she pretty much attacked me within the first ten minutes of me getting to her house to pick her up on our first date. We ended up missing our dinner reservation and the movie we were planning on seeing but it was very much worth the sacrifice.

The longest I know about personally is over 10 years. A friend of ours got laid on our wedding night by my brother, and she hasn't gotten laid since then. Or so she claims.

1 year once, in a difficult part of my marriage.

My ex decided that we needed a trial separation. My best mate thought it was a good idea.

I quoted him to my ex, (who thought I'd go stay with my mum) "Shit are we going to have some fun!"

The idea became not such a good one.
