My 2c is that you need to meet. "attraction" is so much of a personal thing -- it's in the way the other person looks, and smells, and acts. You need to meet the person before you can really decide you want to "date" them IMHO. I have many online friends, but none of them turned into heavy romantic interests until after we met. LMAO -- not that there have been many that were romantic interests, mind you. There's just something about that face-to-face chemistry that I really do think matters.
