It really sounds to me like you're waiting for attention when you do this. You really need a therapist one on one. An Internet board is not the place for someone who has gender/cutting/suicidal issues.

I do not want to downplay any feelings you're having but seriously, as an alleged counsellor yourself you really need to find the proper avenues.
