If the blood has been there long enough to set in, it wont come out. Sorry. Peroxide (which you have already done) works good on most stains, so does oxy clean. Maybe you could get some of that special stain remover stuff? I don't know, like I said, it depends on how long it's been there. It's the same way with panties, if the blood has been there for more than a few days you get a stain.
