The closest I've had to a compliment on my blow job technique is: 'I've had worse' and then when I protested: 'Most of them'.

Something of a backhanded compliment, but I'm not really that worried...it's not as though most guys are perfect at giving oral pleasure so I think, if they don't tell me how they want it, they can't expect it to be perfect.
