not just you! You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a
different opinion, etc.; but the world is full of idiots, and
probably always will be.

But not the freedom to speak a different language?

be nice, but from the looks of public housing, we're just not
interested in public health care.

Why? Plenty of other countries manage it just fine.

don't be surprised if the rest of us want to see you fry in the
electric chair.

That's kind of a self-contradiction, isn't it?

you are from, English is our language. Learn it or go back to

or heritage. This country was founded on the belief in one true God.
And yet, you are given the freedom to believe in any religion, any
faith, or no faith at all; with no fear of persecution. The phrase
IN GOD WE TRUST is part of our heritage and history, and if you are
uncomfortable with it, TOUGH!!!!

You can't change history, it's impossible. You can change the presentation of history, or reveal new elements of history, which I have no problem with if it is more truthful.
Now, why should anyone care what a country was founded on? The USA was founded on a lot of things (and the belief in God is disputable) and a lot were negative. There's no reason to allow heritage to hinder a person or nation like a useless appendage. Now, does the enshrinement of "IN GOD WE TRUST" serve to do anything useful?
