Unfortunately no. That was what I was expecting cause I prefer that. Huge fan of those kind of bubbles. This was the consistency of this shave foam/gel, it like expanded instead of getting fizzy, and was extrememely hard to get off/ rinse out. I swear was the most bizarre stuff!
