here is a link that a great friend shared with me... if you read it all... especially the section towards the bottom " Strengthening exercises of the muscles in the pelvis" it might give a hint as to what shooter may have practiced

There are different exercises and techniques that I'm aware of. Prostate stimulation during sex being one. Muscle exercises like you pointed out are another. |
