For me, really good sex (a really good bit of play) takes some planning ahead, including figuring out a way to be able to do it without interruptions. Again, I like quickies, but I'm afraid I'd get pretty frustrated if I was stuck with that most of the time, too. I agree that I wouldn't want to go to a buffet ALL the time either. However, the trick with the buffets is to keep changing the menu (the activity, the scenerio, or the location, for example) so that you're not going back for the same food every time.
