Well, the procedure took a whole lot fuckin' longer than anyone was thinking it would. But it turns out, the ligament wasn't as damaged as it appeared to be-cartilage was completely torn, but the ligament was "only" severely stretched. Subcutaneous pins to hold it in place, floating cartilage removed, recovery looks like it's going tot ake the full 6 weeks. Then another one for her rotator cuff in her left shoulder.
And she threw up from the anesthesia last night. But later, she was able to eat & keep down a cheeseburger, so the nausea didn't last long. Oh, what fun.
