The An124 (there's only one An225) has four electric winches on tracks in the hold, each rated at 5 tons. I have seen one pick up a 14 ton shipping container off a truck and manoeuvre it to a specific lockdown station. It's an amazingly versatile aircraft, which is why the largest hirer of them today is the US military.
