Neither, its the fricken noise from hell.

Here's what happened..............after neighbor put stop leak in my radiator he said to drive it around for 30 minutes to get stuff moving in there, so I went pee and left. Came home 30 minutes later and neighbor yells thru window that noise is coming from your house. Here I thought they were doing something in their garage. So I go around back and very loud noise is vibrating the outside water spicket but its not the source, so I go into bathroom and it feels like its being shaken apart and noise is REALLY loud in there, I jiggled the toilet handle and noise goes away. So since then everytime we flush the noise is now a squeel but goes away.

I have never ever heard a toilet make that awful noise in my life. I thought maybe bathroom would explode like a sci-fi movie.
