Seems the lawyers have a new game called "informed consent". It seem that if you ply a damsel with liquour and then have your wicked way with her, even if she was an apparently willing participant, she can go to the cops, say you diminished her judgement and she was unable to give true informed consent. There is no way to test this ahead of time for alcoholic (or other recreational stuff) impairment.
