I think that despite the obvious opportunity there is for deception or misrepresentation, the longer you talk...the more clear a picture one can get. It really is easy to get to know someone when you are talking so candidly. And I think it's easy to recognize when someone is not being forthright as well.

And when it's right...it's great.
