Not sure if my old girl is gonna come out of the shop or not. I was gonna take her in to have the belt checked from Sunday but she had been making some other weird sounds and for a lack of a better word, vibrations. Thought I could go into work for awhile this AM before my appointment with the shop this afternoon but with the new sounds getting louder I made a beeline for the repair shop. So the guy gives me a ride home in my car so they can get a feel of what might be wrong and just before we get to our cross street the wheel starts pulling hard and we pull over to the side. Guy calls back to his boss and he sends a tow truck for us. They dropped me off at my corner by the house and now I sit and wait for the news. The guy was saying it could be the hub or tierod or something else I can't remember but he was concerned with the way the steering wheel was moving. I knew my car was getting too old but was hoping to make it thru winter and use my next tax check to find another. Maybe I'll have some good luck and she can be fixed and back on the road for a bit.
