To open another can of worms I don't think I would pay for an anti-virus program these days. I've been running AVG's free anti-virus now for over 6 months with barely a problem. I say barely because sometimes it decides to update itself in the middle of a game and then things bog down but I just shut it off and run it later if that happens.
