Cut him open, remove the seeds, pack with a mixture of fresh breadcrumbs, cream and Cointreau.
Bake gently until he's cooked, then allow to slightly cool and then top up the Cointreau.
Sad to see him go, but cut open, sprinkle with fresh nutmeg, hide the fava beans, and enjoy.
