not really...i usually wing it.
thyme is anherb i usually use (small amounts), parsley, a teeny bit of nutmeg, carrots, celery, largish white beans if i have em, green beans or wax beans, tomato (stewed), onion, corn, potato
sometimes - when i really want soup but i don't have the means to make stock - i use this stuff called better than bullion as my base. it's like bullion but it's sorta wet and they sell it in a jar. stuff tastes way better than canned/boxed/dry bullion.
