Thanks MK, but it needs to be specific about all the benefits of smiling. I know that sounds odd but i've got to convince some miserable-looking folks to smile on stage for a production i'm doing, so i thought rather than just nagging them, i could approach it with humour and some creativity. You know, give them lots of other reasons why they should be smiling and make it clear how important it's going to be for the production - i told you it was an odd one!
