Seeing that i'm supposedly too old for the sheet-as-ghost costume ( who decides these things, i would love to know! ), i guess i'll go as either a pirate looking to snatch some booty ( and instead of a wooden leg, i'll just tie down my... ), or maybe a judge with nothing under my robe ( all rise! ). or why not just wear shades, a long sleeve white shirt, white socks, and a hairbrush in my hand? :p:p

Funny you brought this up Lil...We were talking about what costume we were going to wear at a Halloween dance we are going to, last night!!!

Two years ago we went as Cannibals..black faces...the black curly hair..the leopard skin outfit....the costume covered in chicken bones and we won best costume and took first place! Because we really acted the part!! We won 500 smakeroos$$$!!!!

We really want to try to win again!
So this thread will really give me some ideas as to what to go as.

When I asked to reserve and good costume, the sales lady showed me the Mark Anthony with the real metal helmet and leather breast plate. Said I may even meet Cleopatra. When she told me it would cost $100.00:eek:, I told her it had been a bad year and I’d have to settle for something less expensive.

She then showed a Cowboy outfit with two silver pistols, real leg chaps and a felt 10 gallon hat. When I found out that $50.00:rolleyes: is what that few hours of party would cost me, I had to decline based on my budget.

She then suggested I go to the hardware store, get a pint of red paint for $4.99 and a straw broom for $3.98, grand total less than ten bucks:confused:. When I asked what I’d do with that, I was told “Pour the paint in the bathtub, take off all my clothes, get in and roll all around in it. Then saw off the broom, stick it up my ass and go as a candy apple.:redghost:
