August Pixies Party
 

Most of you know about the party I am throwing in August.
I wanted to put the details here on the front page for easier viewing.

Dates- August 9th, 10th, and 11th

Place- an island off West Palm Beach, FL

I have found a motel for $50 a night. If you would like details, pm, me, and I will be happy to give them.

I will be serving dinner on both nights, though I don't have a menu planned yet.

The motel has a kitchen in each room, and serve cofee, juice, and rolls from 8-11am.

I will post more details as I know them, and as the plans fall together.

I look forward to meeting you!!

For those of you who are coming... would you rather not go to the club that Friday night?
Either post here, or PM me please, so I can get a handle on the entertainment.

I'll stick this to the top for everyone's easy reference.

For us I want to just hang out at the rooms or go to dinner and drinks or what ever else. I dont care what other people do as for me I just want to hang out :)

I would be more inclined to stay at the hotel or go out on the town r something just because I like the lack of structure also it would just be us I'm odd I know

I really don't care either way. I personally was looking foward to the club and the experience of it (I haven't found anything like that anywhere around here.) However, if no one else is up to it, it would be just as much fun in the hotel. I'm sure the experiences would be just as great. And, if nothing else, I could go in a small group if others were interested. I'm sure I'll have fun no matter what I'm doing.

ASH- Yes, we won't leave out the possibility of the club... who knows what may happen... a small group may end up wanting to go.

I can set up some cool stuff at the motel to get people in a party mood.... music.... dancing. Thanks for the responses guys!! It really helps in the planning process!

Okay... I'm gonna post the menu for Friday night, and if you haven't told me already, let me know if you need a special dish.

Tossed Salad
Garlic bread
Fresh fruit, and fresh whipped cream for dessert
I'm also gonna serve my special fruit-rum punch!

Also if you plan to go in the ocean, you will need sea lice preventative (sea lice are jelly fish larva). They sell it here for around $13.00 for a family sized bottle.

Prophet- Thanks for the feed back on the menu. Take your share of fruit and whipped creme, and do what or who you'd like with it.

I am going back to the hotel this weekend to talk with the owner, and make sure he won't mind the crowd. I am thinking of bringing my stereo system. Since we will be outside, that's a little scary! I will have more details to post on Sunday or Monday.
