Not much of a vacation
 

I'm off to Florida (central peninsula, sorry Lilith, won't be able to get anywhere near Tallahassee) tomorrow to visit my probably dying mother and the rest of the dysfunctional family that lives with her.

Not really looking forward to it.

GG- I'm sorry to hear you have reached the one point where 'dysfunctional' matters become trivial from the tentative passing of a mother. I have yet to pass that point in life, but expect the long, reflective, drive will be welcome.
