Okay...so..are there certain sexual things you are more likely to do with your spouse after they shower instead of if they haven't showered recently? For example, give a blow job? Just wondering.

Nope! Unless he had "an accident" in his pants just recently (sorry guys...but I had to make this clear) there is no reason why I wouldn't do anything before a shower in preference to after a shower!
