Kinda following on from cgt's thread about her horse-riding exploits..... my (now) 11 yr-old daughter has had her first part season of riding competition, on a wee pony she has exclusive use of....no, I didn't buy it, it's a loaner!!

Anyhow, she's been in one mini dressage comp, one showing comp and one jumping comp.... and managed all these rosettes!

Proud? You betcha! :D:D:D:D:D (Pity the pic quality isn't up to the same standard!)

Congratulate your daughter for us DM. Fantastic. But then, she comes from good stock ... right? :)

cowgirl ~ actually, I DID have lessons early on in the summer.....from a complete novice, I can now walk, trot and canter, without falling off, which suits me just fine!! Managed a 3 hour trek with my daughter and my friend on holiday, and managed to keep up, so I'm not doing too bad!! :)
