Important Question.
I have a neighboard(this girl) she just moved in quiet sometimes, but we never have a chance to chit chat. She is about 4 years younger than me.
Recently we always get together when we have the chance, she came over to mjy appartment when after work. We talk and talk and talk. We get a long so well, everything is great. we laught, and we cook something together. We feel so great being each other friend. Then some how I was feel pain coz of my PMS, then she told me that she also have her period too. I said, yeah I just got my period. She told me that if a group of women get along so well and always stick together. They will have their period at the same time. she said she heard expert said. I haven't heard about that if women hang out together so close will have the period at the same time. so did you know about this? if so please tell me more about this. thank you |
It's a common belief, although I'm not sure how true it is. I know that, at work, we all seemed to get on the same cycle.

Fact
If I'm not mistaken, a prof. from Chicago published a paper on this very topic. IIRC, the theory is that it has to do with pheromones. It's believed that menstruating women secrete certain ones which are somehow perceived by other women they have frequent close contact with. Their cycles then tend to sync with each other.

I read soemwhere that females give off a certian hormone in the air as their cycle gets closer to starting...This in turn will effect other females' cycles they are around alot of time to begin to become insync with each other..

I am almost positive the women are that way here at work...and its this week....god save me...
