What did you dream last night? :D


Do you normally remember your dreams? Do you write them down when you wake up? Do you often have nightmares? Do you believe that dreams can predict the future?

Oh man, Soda and Boog are gonna pile on me for this one....... :rolleyes2


Last night I dreamt that I was picking up a pizza at a place here in town and when I got to the counter I saw that the cat of one of my friends was sitting on a stack of pizza boxes. When I asked if my pizza was ready, she meowed as if to call the girl who was making the pizzas to let her know I was there.

I do remember a lot of my dreams but I'm not sure if they actually predict the future or not. I do have a copy of "The Dreamer's Dictionary" that I look at every so often if I have a dream that I wonder about.

The only recurring dreams I ever seem to have are that I am losing my teeth. I've had dreams about that for as long as I can recall.

I wasn't gonna, but I will............................. hes getting cat calls now!!!!! LMAO!!!!





I never remember much of what I dream and I can't remember if I have ever had a nightmare (shuddup PF) :D

Not sure about the whole future thing.

I dream, but lose the memory as I wake.

Dreams for me are a way of playing out scenarios past or envisioned.

Oh shoot - I only very vaguely remember what I dreamed... It had to do with Pixies, though!!!

I have nightmares when I sleep on my back, which is why I try to sleep on my side. I usually don't remember much about my dreams unless I make a conscious effort to remember, but sometimes during the day something will happen to trigger my memory about a dream I had. I've had a few freaky instances of déjà vu when I knew exactly when I had dreamed what happened.

Until I started taking care of my sleep apnea, I didn't get a chance to get into that deep rem sleep...still don't remember most of my dreams, but every so often I have one of those intensely sexual dreams that leave, well, a different kind of memory when I wake...

Sometimes I have nightmares, hardly ever monsters or such, just dreams where things are going very badly for me...sometimes I recall becoming just awake enough to realize it's a dream, & I try to manipulate the events in my mind to turn things around to a better resolution...which rarely works.

I had two dreams last night ... one, before I woke up long enough to use the restroom ... but while I don't remember that dream, I do recall it was somewhat disturbing. Then, I laid back down and had another dream ... which I also don't remember ... and it seemed to be very positive. :shrug:

I dreamed that this guy I went to high school with had asked me out - which is really weird because he's gay! :p We were at the presbytery of the church (which was different than in reality, because the cemetery was right beside it in my dream) and a whole bunch of people (me included) were having a walk around the presbytery... Oh! And there was a canteen there, but they sold pop cans at 4.25$! :eek:

I had a wet dream about her ^^^ last night. :o




I would have had another one but I fell asleep. :boink:

I had a dream that Mr. Lil needed some horrid surgery and that the Dr. was no help in making us understand what had to be done. I think the dream reflects my feelings of feeling stuck in a situation and feeling powerless when I try to create some clarity.

I think I'll have one about her ^^^ right now. :tongue:

Odd, I thought Lilith's dream was to become some several someones' nightmare.

Thinking about our Pixie ladies ... I think you've got the right idea, PF! :thumbs:

This morning when I woke I had been dreaming that an eagle had attacked and killed my friend's Yorkshire terrier. :(

I dreamt about the scary Dr Who statues which come to life when you're not looking at them! :eek:

I had a very disturbing dream about my father last night. Not really clear on all of the details but I know when I woke up that I was upset.

I dreamed that this "reality" people have been talking about? It was really just a cabbage.

How many do you have in the chest at the foot of your bed? :eek:

That'd be something. A cabbage melting onto and out of a bowl of spring shaped rocks as clocks dripping time all over the walls running up and into a windmill powering it backwards, so the birds can fly on one wing whilst pulling up a band with their lips for beaks, etc!!

Last night I dreamed that I was at an ex's place and he wanted to show me a photo on his puter, and he had to run through allll of the pictures of he and allll the girls he'd been with since he and I had broken up.

I dreamed that I was fired from my bodyguard job for letting a crow swoop down and scoop up and eat :bite: the GEICO gecko.
He wasn't insured.

I dreamed that I was in a publisher's office and they were reading a manuscript I had written. It was some sort of existential story about a guy who had split personalities and one of them was God.

Last night, I dreamed that I had started smoking, and I loved it. In a different dream I had last night as well, an ex was telling me he had met the love of his life, and he was raving about why he loved her so much, and I was devastated because I was everything she was and I could do everything she did, except for this one little thing she would do, somehow cooking two mushrooms at once...

The night before, I had the weirdest dream!!! I was in a huge fight with GreenChef because he had posted pics of my face on Pixies. We were at some sort of competition (dancing maybe?) and the judges thought he sucked but I defended him to the judges anyway, and then suddenly GreenChef was gone and I was in Led Zeppelin. The band broke up, and we were near some island on which there was a crow being attacked by a crocodile, so we decided we'd throw fireworks onto the island to scare away the croc. So I went to the general store, and when I got there, someone reminded me I was supposed to start work at 12:40, and it was 12:31!!!!! So I left in a hurry, and I was in my parents' car, and suddenly this biker was in the middle of the road in front of me, out of nowhere! So I swerved to avoid him, but doing so, hit two other cars and scratched them all up, and I woke up as I was having to call my parents to tell them I had wrecked their car again... :yikes:

Girl, you need to stop eating before bed. :)

Wow! I'd need a secretary just to get all Neige's dream recorded ... :) I don't think I had one last night.

i haven't remembered a dream in a long while

I don't remember too much of last night's dreams - except at one point, I was in an 18-wheeler wearing a Homer Simpson turtleneck... :huh:

I can't remember all the details of my dreams like ^^^ that, but I'd like to figure out which of my half-dozen or so meds I take now is giving some very strange & vivid dreams...

What instrument were you playing?

I had a dream last night that I was at my doctor's office and when the nurse came in to draw my blood I was incredibly scared of the needle. It seemed so strange because the phlebotomist in my dream was one at my old doctor's office in Des Moines and she was absolutely the best when it came to drawing my blood. :shrug:

I have no clue. I only knew I was in the band, we didn't actually play in my dream!

I don't remember my dreams from the past couple nights, but three nights ago I had a very disturbing one - I dreamed I went to my best friend's funeral... Then later in the dream, I had a couple-months-old baby boy with me.

Since I don't remember my dreams too well ...

One of the dreams I had last night sort of freaked me out. I was speaking fluent German throughout the thing. :shrug:

The other night I dreamed I was in the hospital because my sister was having a baby, and I wanted to watch. But then the docs told me it was still going to be hours before she actually gave birth, so I decided to go shopping (I don't remember what I bought except for some dried fruit, and I remember I admired some skillets too). By the time I got back, my sister had had her baby - it was a boy, and she called him Liam! He was sooooo cute :D

(My sister isn't pregnant.)

Last night I spent all night arguing with Southwest Airlines over a flight cancellation and the fact that they couldn;t re-route me for a week. :yikes:

I have dreams, some i remember clearly, some i do not.

I had a reoccuring nightmare when i was a kid, it was horrible, as soon as i'd close my eyes it was back! Thankfully havent had one of those for many many years!

I still have the odd nightmare, wake up heart pounding, or crying, nasty shits of things!

I do not write them down. I beleive dreams are representing whats going on in your life, a way to relieve stress, hopes, dreams, an escape, a way to work out probs etc.

And nope i didnt dream last night, well that i can recall anyway
