Beautiful babies ya got there. We are now up to 2 dogs, 2 cats, 1 beta, 3 giant pond goldfish, 2 inside goldfish, 1 tame love bird, 2 less than tame love birds and Rose, the guinea pig.

I'm itching for another dog....there is a 17 mnth Rottweiler to give away here, i'd love it *LOL*...but Bilbo....well lets just say i dont think its on his agenda...and i can understand that...but i'm just a hopeless animal case i tell ya...i love em all and they bring me a lot of joy i must say

Very nice assortment of animals you have there. Though I honestly pity you having a pregnant mouse. We had a pregnant mouse once in college, and all I can say is it's a really good thing we had snakes, and friends with snakes.

No need for pity....and this litter of bubs will definately not be going for snake chow

As long as any males bubs are removed from the litter and housed elsewhere it shouldn't be a problem :D

There's no such thing as A mouse, only mice. :) .......... LOTS of them ;)

Ok i snuck a look *L*.....couldn't help myself...i wanted to see how many Snowdrop had...thought i better incase i needed to build a mousy mansion to hold em all

I can count 6 in the big bundle....but i think there is at least 1 more near Bellas' foot, its mostly covered in paper....so could be more stashed away in there *L*

Bella was not real amused,she was eyeballing me *LOL*, Snowdrop seemed pretty calm actually

DAY 4 for the pups

Took another peek today...as far as i can see there are 8 pups

1 is going to be black the rest are still little pinkies *L*....soooooo cute

Bella seems to have pupnapped some of the bubs for herself *LOL*....there are now 2 nests in the box

That's quite a brood. You'll have to keep us up-to-date on their progress.

I am shocked you can hold the pups....I had a gerbil once and tried to do so, and the mother gerbil ate her young. :(

Sharni...I love 'em! I used to have mice years ago. Two really cool ones. They enjoyed riding on my bike with me. Also had a pet rat years ago...Beau was his name. Great rat! He used to hitch a ride on the back of my Old English Sheepdog, Mandy. If she turned to quick, (they've got that rolling bear gait), he'd almost fall off and chitter at her. This is terrific! I hope you keep posting pics.

OF...Don't get me started on aphids. I have roses. But, I also have a large spray bottle filled with a solution of Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap and water. :thumbs:
