12 years and counting.

24 yrs--2 yrs before we got married and then 22 yrs married (now divorced).

divorced after 22years......that sucks.

4 years is my max so far.....and that ended because the relationship ended not because the monogamy did. (If that makes sense!)

43 years ... 3 dating (5/14/60) plus 40 married (6/22/63).

We've just about decided ... it looks like it's going to work. :D

My longest monogamous relationship was with my (soon-to-be) ex-wife... a shade over 12 years from when we met til I had an affair (Stupid, but that was then!!) Will be divorced soon... just waiting for the paperwork. Wasn't with ANYBODY for 16-17 months... til I met Celticangel.... would rather cut my leg off than cheat on her!! :heart:

21 years 2 years dating and 19 years married

11 years - 6 months dating, 18 months living together and 9 married.

19 years, if you count having sex with yourself

15 years out of an 18 year marriage (separated the last 3).

That proves I *can* be faithful!

10 months was the longest relationship I've ever had...and it just happened to be 100% monogamous, too :D

4 years - my longest (and only) relationship. I'm definitely a proponent of monogamy, though, at least for myself. I don't get into worrying about what others do. Great question. I enjoyed seeing the varied answers. :)
