Of, I have not issues with penetration. It's more of a question of how to ensure the quality of the service is maintained as the business expands.

I was referring to market penetration as a proportion of the available market. LOL

Who said they had to be available? They just have to agree to sign the contract. This way here I don't get into any legal trouble.
