There are times that I think we'll never have peace...too many different ideologies and cultures, too many people that use religion to justify their hate, too many people that obsess about the wrongs of the past. It's difficult. Too many people with not enough information about each other...and without that understanding, how can we find common ground?
Then again, I look around me, at work, friends, and here on Pixies, and I see all of these legitimately good people. People who want the world to be better, who suffer when they see suffering, who give what they can, whether it's time, money, or just by opening their hearts. Makes you feel good, doesn't it?

I hope I'm not offending any atheists by posting this quote, which is one of my favorites. I think it sums things up nicely...
