NH now.My above ground pool,& my refrigerator just "shit the bed"+ I'm redoing alot of things on my garage. You can only get things outside, done seasonaly, around here,so I,ve been extremly busy.+ as you age,you work slower! Irish P.S.Actually,I was suprised, that I had, that many posts, because I don't play any of the "smut games"& that's where they usually add up! |

jseal---You asked about my back!I have to have it done over! The
electrodes, that connect,to the nerves in my spinal column, supposedly, moved.Shortly after the operation, was done,I complained to the pain clinic, that the electrical impulses, were hitting the wrong place. They sent me for x-rays to confirm that it had moved.Everyday,I do exercises.A different body part, every day.Ex:Shoulders,back,chest,arms,abs,legs,etc.Now they tell me,that while you are still bandaged, you shouldn't lift more then 5/10 lbs.On a typical chest night,I do 6 sets of incline & bench presses,15 reps with 260 lbs.The same # of decline presses with 210 lbs.Chest Flys,Butterflys, etc.Obviously,I lifted more then 5/10 lbs.I have never lifted as much as I could, but I "bodybuild"fairly regular. It didn't give me any discomfort,so I thought that it was OK.Everyday,I also do 6/7 sets of what I call, pelvic thrusts. They are like Ab Crunches, only you raise your pelvis.I do 6/7 sets of 30 reps daily. Now they tell me that they can't reoperate until Wentworth Douglas Hospital, lets them use its operating room!My wife thinks, that they are afraid of a malpractice suit.I just want to get it over with. You can't take a shower,or get it wet, until they remove the bandages,& summer is almost here.In NH,summer isn't t hat long.Sorry this took so long, but I thought that I would update you!
