Are you sure that tofu isn't just a fancy way of saying, "tough?" Hmmm.

I was going to say are you sure it's tofu and not some bean concoction? I have some boca burgers collecting freezer burn in my freezer, and I think they are more of a bean variety.

On second thought, maybe I'm not aware of what tofu is derived from, must go google.

I think tofu is made of soy...the source is soybeans.

There are also bean boca burgers, and I like those better...but they're not what my husband bought. :( The spicy black bean ones are good!

I never got to googling, but I was thinking soy, and was about to say something about boca being soy and bean based and thought.... hmmm.... someone out there is going to say "silly girl, soy is tofu!"
