The realization that for the past week or so my life has sounded like a country song. I didn't get the job I applied for, my rottweiler died, and today my car broke down (blown clutch).

Hugs, m'Lord. That week sucks. And I'm sorry about your dog. That sucks even more.

AZ, he was 11 or 12 years old which is quite respectable for a rottweiler. I do miss him, but I know he was well loved by all of us in the family.

LS, the other matters can go forward with better results but the loss of your pup is a final end. Glad you are left with good memories.

Sorry for your loss. I know when we lost our cat, it was a painful experience and we still miss the little guy. Let's face it ... pets very quickly become part of our families.
